Josie Dobinson
Josie is the PA for the management team working closely with Sam on current and upcoming programmes. She also creates the marketing materials to promote SAMEE's programmes and events.
Michelle Arnold
Michelle is Tara's PA which means she helps look after contracts, manage diaries and pair up our beneficiaries with the more suited advisors to ensure everyone gets the best support possible!
Helen Beesley
Helen handles SAMEE's accounts meaning she makes sure everyone gets paid! She also deals with the invoicing to and from schools and councils.
Tracie Beardsley
Tracie handles all SAMEE public relations and press releases to make sure we are accurately represented in the media.
Mandy White
Mandy handles the external safeguarding to ensure all of our SAMEE beneficiaries are kept safe and happy. If a problem arises she will signpost them
Employability and Careers Team
Rob Amey
Rob mentors the young people currently studying on our Steps into Self-Employment programme. This means he supports them with creating and developing a sustainable self-employment idea!
Heather Ferns
Heather works alongside Rob to make sure the young people on our Steps into Self-Employment programme have the best support to enable them to complete their units and create their portfolios.
Frances De'Villiers
Frances is the quality assurer for our Steps into Self-Employment qualification with NCFE. She makes sure all our young people's work is processed correctly so they receive their qualifications.
Lesley Cave
Lesley works on our specific grant programmes as a careers advisor. She delivers support advice and guidance to beneficiaries helping with employment, CV's, interviews, confidence building and more!
John Billington
John runs our employability workshops in schools to promote SAMEE and give young people the opportunity to explore self-employment as a viable future career option.
Gail Parr
Gail works on outreach supporting people in job centre's and community centres to ensure people are aware of SAMEE's support, to refer people into our programmes and signpost/ connect people with the right support for their needs.
