Zero Project International Award
The Zero Project, based in Vienna, Austria, is a research-driver initiative working to make sure that there are “zero-barriers” for people with disabilities. SAMEE received the award following a selection process that whittled down 522 nominations from 90 countries.
SAMEE won this award for our Supported Self-Employment Internship!

Career Development Award (CDI)
This award from the Careers Development Institute (CDI) celebrates the tireless energy and passion these practitioners have for their clients and profession, always going above and
beyond to make career development more readily available through online and face-to-face sessions, and positively influencing the
employment market
Executive Officer Sianell White won this award for the Careers Practitioner of the Year in the Private/Third Sector!


Disability Power 100
For the finalists recognised in the Disability Power 100, this is an award that says you’re a leader in your field, recognised by your peers and a catalyst for positive impact. National charity, Shaw Trust, delivers the event and directory to help tackle the disability employment gap head-on and challenge perceptions. Providing a platform for the talents and voices of disabled people to be heard.
CEO Sam Everard was announced on the Disability Power 100 in the Education and Research Category!


Dimensions Autism Leader
Every year, Dimensions runs the Learning Disability and Autism Leaders’ List Awards.
The Leaders’ List Awards puts the spotlight on powerful people who are taking a lead in their lives and making things better for themselves and others.

Womens Community Impact Award Dorset
The Women’s Community Impact Awards Dorset is an annual event dedicated to recognising and honouring the outstanding contributions of women in various fields. The awards aim to highlight the remarkable achievements of women who are making significant impacts in their communities and beyond.
Partnerships Manager (South) Lorraine Stanley won this award in the Eminent Women – Champion for Accessibility and Empowerment Category!


National Numeracy Champion
Numeracy Champions don’t teach maths, but instead offer support to others to overcome barriers and anxieties about numbers and data.
Intern Co-Ordinator Gail Parr achieved this award by completing the CPD training!

IOEE Member of the Year
The Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE) and the Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) hosts the Celebrating Enterprise Awards.
CEO Sam Everard received the IOEE Member of the Year Award 2019!

2018

School For Social Entrepreneurship Fellow
Given to individuals on successful completion of the Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurship Trade Up Programme. This is in partnership with SSE Cornwall and jointly funded by Big Lottery Fund
CEO Sam Everard won this award for successful completion!


Future Ladies National Award Summit
The FL National Awards & Summit will celebrate exceptional women and the contribution they make to the UK economy. Leaders, men and women will be brought together to discuss the transformative role that companies can play to support gender equality and the role a diverse work force will play in advancing UK competitiveness.
CEO Sam was awarded this from London and the South in the category of Social Entrepreneur of the Year!

Dorset Venus Lifetime Achievement Award
The Awards ceremony, held at the Bournemouth International Centre, was hosted by Tara Howard, Founder of the Venus Awards, and Paul Kinvig, Business Coach with Aspirin Business Solutions and consummate presenter, chair and speaker for regional and national Awards ceremonies.

Scottish Power Foundation Awards
We were in the Education Category which recognises the exceptional efforts of charities who are working to encourage learning and education in all its forms. The winning project clearly demonstrates how they are raising aspirations, promoting inclusion and broadening horizons.
SAMEE was the runner up for this award for the work we do within SEND education!
